🔍 Work Smarter: AI Tips You Need

Dear Reader,

Let’s be real: most teachers spend more time working in their business than on it. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you build the tools and systems that actually support your goals—like using ChatGPT for smarter, faster results.

📝 Quick AI Tips:

Reusable Prompts Save Time Create go-to ChatGPT prompts (for captions, lesson plans, etc.). Save them so you’re never starting from scratch.

Train ChatGPT to Sound Like YOU Using AI doesn’t mean losing your voice. Share your tone and mission to make AI an amplifier, not a replacement.

💡 Mini-Guide: How to “Train” ChatGPT’s Free Version

1️⃣ Provide Examples Upfront – “Here’s a snippet of my style. Match this tone in everything.” The more original writing samples you give it, the better.

2️⃣ Be Ultra-Specific – “Write an Instagram caption in a warm, witty, wise tone. Keep it under 150 words. Make sure the first 3 words create suspense that encourages them to read the whole caption. ”

3️⃣ Use Feedback Loops – “Make it shorter.” “Add more emotion.” Tell ChaptGPT what you like and don't like about what it generated each time until you get something you're happy with.

4️⃣ Ask ChatGPT to create a prompt to help it do that task again - Once you get output you're happy with, have ChatGPT create the perfect prompt it will need to do that task next. Then save that prompt!

The free version of ChatGPT doesn't retain what it learns the way the paid version can. This means you have to treat each session like it's starting all over. BUT that doesn't mean you can't ask it to create prompts that will "refresh" its memory to make repetitive tasks more efficient.

Here are 5...
